Welcome to the Training and Development page. Here you can find the annual training guide that offers courses for the following practitioners:
- Flying Start Childcare
- Youth
- Play
- Resilient Families Service
The guide will equip you with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) mandatory courses for Flying Start Childcare Settings, as well as good practice courses to help with personal development within your role.
Please ensure you seek your Manager’s permission before booking onto the courses.
Once you have completed the course your data will be stored on the Training Manager as an electronic training record. Copies of the Training Record can be obtained via request.
